Knit a Gnome--Saturdays, November 14 & 21, 2026; 2:00-5:00 pm
Learn to knit a gnome from the iconic Imagined Landscapes pattern. Students will spend two class sessions knitting a gnome to add whimsy and delight to any space. We will learn knitting in small circumferences, increasing, decreasing, i-cord, and more. Gnomes welcome all skill levels, but knowing how to do the knit and purl stitches is a requirement. Warning: gnome knitting is compelling. It is rare to make a single gnome.
Skills needed:
- Must know knit and purl stitches
- Experience with DPNS helpful
Instructor: Taylor Rutledge
Materials needed: A set of US 4 double-pointed needles; all other supplies and the pattern will be provided with the class. Any supplies purchased for the class will have a 20% student discount.
The TWO-session class will be held on Saturdays, November 14 & 21, from 2-5 pm at Cozy, 285 E 5th Avenue in Eugene. Parking is behind the shop, on High Street.
