Introduction to Color Theory With Cascade--Saturday, June 6, 2026; 11:00 am-1:00 pm
Why do some color combinations make magic and others make... "meh"? Science! And like any science, there's a lot out there to learn, whether you are new to fiber arts or a lifelong artist. This class is for all levels, and all types of crafters.
Join designer, instructor, and owner of Cascade Yarn, Shannon Dunbabin, in this two-hour introduction to the science of Color Theory. Explore color combinations and experiment with Cascade 220 Superwash, and learn techniques that you can carry forward into all your knitting, crochet, and other art projects.
Materials: US 7 knitting needles (circular or straight) or US G crochet hook. Yarn and a color wheel will be provided.
Class is Saturday, June 6, from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at Cozy, 285 E 5th Avenue. Parking is available in the 3-hour lots to the North and West of the shop, or on High Street or 4th Avenue.
