Materials needed: About 75 yards worsted-weight yarn, Size 8 straight or circular needles, Size 6 DPNs or short circular needles, Size 8 DPNs, Size G crochet hook
Homework:
A) With worsted weight yarn and size 8 DPNs, cast on 40 st and join to work in the round in stockinette for 3". Do not bind off (leave on a stitch holder until class).
B) With worsted weight yarn and size 8 needles, cast on 40 st and work back and forth (flat) in garter stitch for 1" and then stockinette for 2 additional inches. Do not bind off (leave on a stitch holder until class).
